2. Pay-as-you-go System

Because our rates are based off of hourly times, you only pay for what you have trained on that particular day. We have ZERO monthly fees or club fees and do not require any down payments or deposits.

3. Online Scheduling

To help accommodate the schedules of our students & renters, we use an online based scheduling system. Each student or renter has a unique log-in to access the schedule and can book instructors and flights at their convenience. 

4. Experienced Staff

Our staff has many years of experience in the aviation industry. Some having grown-up around aviation and others having extensive military backgrounds. Our Instructors have a vast amount of knowledge and training to help you in your goals to become a pilot!

5. Large Fleet

Our fleet expands as needed and currently consists of 12 airplanes, 1 Cessna 152, 6 Cessna 172’s, 2 Piper Warriors, 1 Piper Arrow, and 1 Piper Seneca. We also have a Fly the Sim Touch Trainer.

6. In-House Maintenance

Having in-house maintenance services allows us to keep our planes in top shape and helps minimize any down time of our fleet.

7. Commercial Pilot/ CFI Employment Opportunities

There are employment opportunities for some of our top students! We seek Commercial Pilot’s annually and are always looking to add CFI’s to staff!

8. Dedicated School Building and Study Areas

Skyview Flight Academy has a dedicated building just for our flight training sector. There is an open lobby area, 4 private briefing rooms, a break room, weather room, and large classroom open to all students for studying and flight planning.

9. Practice Areas Nearby

The Tracy Municipal Airport is located in an ideal location for flight training. We are in close proximity to many practice areas without the inconvenience of having to fly in heavy traffic to get your training done.

10. Part 61 and Part 141 Training Options

We are able to offer both Part 61 and FAA approved Part 141 training programs!
